Using the Name List Search

What is a Name List Search #

A name list search is a search using the search box at the top of the name list.  This is not an actual query but is instead a means of filtering the display of records.  Note how when you use the name list search, the total number of records (just above the search box) does not change.

Why You Would Use a Name List Search #

A name list search is used when your query results in a large number of names and you wish to find an individual record quickly.  You can do so by typing in the first few letters of the first name.
